Having begun his Elite athletic career as an overweight, chainsmokimg, junk food addict, Nathan knows a thing or two about nutrition and losing or gaining weight safely to live a happy healthier life or to help with sporting performance. As an international athlete representing Wales and Great Britain Nathan plans his calorie intake around his training and racing, he also helps his coaching clients with strategies that help them both around their training and racing but also in race nutrition, which is often key when it comes to ultramarathon running.
